Dr. Kenneth Gillingham will kickoff the low carbon case competition event with a talk about the two main considerations that investment managers need to consider with regards to climate change risk: capital damages and regulatory risk.

Dr. Gillingham is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. He has done significant research on analyzing policies to address energy challenges, and works at the intersection of energy efficiency, new energy technologies, and sustainable transportation.
